Welcome to Wise Tours (operated by Wise Soft Lab Pty Ltd). By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between Wise Tours (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the traveler (“the Client,” “you,” or “your”).

1. Scope of Services

Wise Tours provides bespoke ground-inclusive travel itineraries.

  • Inclusions: As per your specific itinerary, we generally provide luxury accommodation, specified meals (typically Breakfast and Dinner / Half-Board), airport transfers, a private A/C vehicle, the services of an English-speaking chauffeur-guide, and specified entrance fees.
  • Exclusions: Our packages do not include international or domestic airfare, lunches, travel insurance, visa fees (ETA), or items of a personal nature such as laundry and tips.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your itinerary.
  • Final Balance: Full payment must be received by Wise Tours no later than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • Flight Responsibility: Wise Tours does not book or manage air tickets. It is your responsibility to secure flights that align with your tour dates. We are not liable for any costs resulting from airline delays or cancellations.

3. Cancellation by the Client

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply. These are designed to cover the non-refundable costs imposed by our partners plus an administrative fee:

  • 45+ Days Before Travel: 5% of the total package cost (full refundable except service fees, which is 5% of the total package cost)
  • 30 – 45 Days Before Travel: 35% of the total package cost.
  • 15 – 29 Days Before Travel: 50% of the total package cost.
  • 7 – 14 Days Before Travel: 75% of the total package cost.
  • 0 – 6 Days Before Travel: 100% of the total package cost (Paid fee is totally Non-refundable).

Note: Certain items such as government national park permits and visa fees are 100% non-refundable from the moment of purchase, regardless of the cancellation date.

4. Mandatory Travel Insurance

It is a mandatory condition of booking that all travelers hold comprehensive travel insurance. Your policy must cover medical emergencies, personal liability, and trip cancellation. Wise Tours is not responsible for any costs incurred due to insufficient insurance coverage.

5. Health and Conduct

  • Dietary Requirements: Please notify us of any food allergies or requirements at the time of booking.
  • Compliance: All travelers must obey the laws and regulations of the destination country. Wise Tours reserves the right to terminate the tour of any person whose conduct is incompatible with the safety or well-being of the group.

6. Claims and Complaints

If you have a complaint during your trip, you must inform your chauffeur-guide or our Sydney office immediately. Any formal claims for compensation or refunds must be submitted in writing within seven (07) working days after your departure from the destination country.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wise Tours acts as an agent for independent suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.). To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Wise Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the acts or omissions of these third-party providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the ground package.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
