No. Unless you book as a large group, our tours are private. You will have your own vehicle and your own dedicated chauffeur-guide, allowing you to move at your own pace.

Most travelers will require an entry visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). For Sri Lanka, you can apply easily at www.eta.gov.lk. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry.
Yes. For your protection and ours, we require all guests to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
Flights & Logistics
We focus on what we do best—curating the perfect ground experience. By booking your own flights, you have the flexibility to use frequent flyer points, choose your preferred airline, or upgrade your cabin class without paying a markup to us.
However, if you need assistance with flight booking, we can provide through our partners who have presence, both in Australia and Sri Lanka.
After you clear customs and collect your luggage, look for your chauffeur-guide in the arrivals hall. They will be holding a Wise Tours sign with your name on it.
We use modern, fully air-conditioned vehicles. Depending on your group size, this typically ranges from luxury sedans for couples to spacious vans for small groups, ensuring plenty of room for you and your luggage.
Dining & Accommodation
Absolutely. Whether you are vegan, gluten-free, or have specific allergies, please notify us at the time of booking. Our partner hotels (such as Jetwing) are world-renowned for their ability to cater to diverse dietary needs.
We always aim to book the specific hotels listed. In the rare event that a hotel is fully booked, we will secure a stay at a property of equal or higher luxury standard and notify you before your departure.
Booking & Payments
No. Our signature journeys are private tours. You will have your own dedicated vehicle and chauffeur-guide at an affordable price. This allows you to adjust the daily schedule to suit your energy levels and interests.
We have a tiered cancellation policy aligned with our partner agreements. Refunds range from 95% (if cancelled 45 days out) to 0% (if cancelled within 6 days of travel). Please refer to our [Terms & Conditions] for the full table of fees.
To ensure all your luxury accommodations and transport are secured, we require the final balance to be paid 45 days before your tour begins. This is aligned with the industry standard.
