At Wise Tours (operated by Wise Soft Lab Pty Ltd), we understand that travel plans may change. This policy outlines the cancellation terms that apply when a booking is cancelled by the client.

By confirming a booking with Wise Tours, you agree to the following cancellation terms.


1. Cancellation by the Client

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation will be considered effective on the date we receive the written request.

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

45+ Days Before Travel5% of the total package cost (service fee). Remaining amount refundable.
30 – 45 Days Before Travel35% of the total package cost
15 – 29 Days Before Travel50% of the total package cost
7 – 14 Days Before Travel75% of the total package cost
0 – 6 Days Before Travel100% of the total package cost (non-refundable)

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain services are non-refundable immediately after purchase, regardless of the cancellation date. These may include:

  • Government national park permits
  • Visa fees (ETA)
  • Certain special hotel bookings
  • Any other services marked as non-refundable at the time of booking

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is applicable:

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.
  • Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on banking procedures.
  • Transaction or payment gateway fees may not be refundable.

4. Airline Tickets

Wise Tours does not book or manage airline tickets.

If you cancel your trip, you must contact your airline directly regarding their refund or change policy. Wise Tours is not responsible for airline cancellation penalties.


5. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel delays
  • Personal liability

Wise Tours is not responsible for any losses incurred due to cancellation without adequate insurance coverage.


6. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel your booking, please send a written request including your:

  • Full name
  • Booking reference
  • Tour start date
  • Reason for cancellation
